Woodlands is the perfect choice for a holiday or short break whatever time of the year you choose to visit.  The property has undergone  substantial refurbishment and redecoration in  the last couple of years.  Each apartment is completely self-contained and fully private and comprises a spacious lounge, separate bedroom(s), kitchen and shower room or bathroom.

 

Set in a stone-faced Victorian villa, typical of elegant Lytham St Annes, the  apartments are well equipped with  flat screen televisions, DVD players and  fitted kitchens with  an electric hob, microwave cooker, fridge and some with full oven and dishwasher.  There is free WiFi throughout the property and unrestricted free on-road parking.

 

We are situated only 200 metres from the beach, 50 metres from the popular Ashton Gardens and a five minute walk through the gardens to St Annes Square where the main shopping and restaurant quarter  is situated.

Woodlands apartments are in a central position in the town, which has bus links to local areas and beyond. The railway station is only 400 metres from the apartments, linking St Annes with nearby Preston from where Manchester, Liverpool or the picturesque Lake District  can be  reached within one hour. London is three hours away by train.

 

Lytham St. Annes has a wealth of popular  pubs and restaurants as well as a public swimming pool, cinema and theatre. Various festivals are held throughout the year such as the popular Kite Festival and the iconic 1940s weekend. The popular Lytham Festival in July boasts some of the world's biggest music stars. For the sporty types, Lytham St Annes is the UK's home of golf with four championship courses within a ten minute drive.
